Riding through the Australian outback

After some incredibly intense experiences in Australian Northern Territory, time has come for a more laid back exploration of South Australia.

Breathtaking landscapes and continuous opportunity to admire beautiful Australian fauna - wild kangaroos, emus and many other unique species - were only a part of many attractions that we were about to enjoy.

Our stay in South Australia started with visiting old mines in Coober Pedy - little town, quite renowned as much for its precious opals, as for the fact that the majority of its inhabitants live… underground!

Extensive desert areas, dry lakes, covered with salty sediment, vast spaces and very characteristic for the Australian outback - roads stretching to the horizon... South Australian landscapes are definitely a great example of raw, nature beauty, as you can see on the pictures below.

Not to forget some of the most beautiful rock formations in the area called the Breakaways Conservation Park and famous throughout all Australia, picturesque Flinders Ranges.
